Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Thank you for shopping with Dear Naturals. Once your order has been shipped, there will be no returns or exchanges. Please note all sales are final.
Canceling Orders
Please be sure to check order details before completing your order. You may only cancel an order before it ships.
Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your order. USPS orders arrive within 3 - 5 business days after your order has been processed. Please be sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If a package is returned to Dear Naturals you will be responsible for return shipping and reshipping fees due to inaccurate shipping details you provided or unsigned packages. Dear Naturals is not responsible for lost packages, incorrect package delivery, or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer. Please note no refunds will be provided if address is incorrect.
If you need to update your order address please do so within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing info@shopdearnaturals.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has shipped a tracking number will be available. Dear Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that was a confirmed delivery address entered for an order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery with tracking information.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
Please provide photos of your damaged or incorrect product to info@shopdearnaturals.com within 24 hours of delivery.
